I've been to Wild in Siem Reap, but only discovered recently that there is also a Wild in Phnom Penh ... same concept, and very recommendable.

It's hidden in a back street of Phnom Penh's BKK1 neighborhood (Boeng Keng Kang, but more on BKK1 here) down a small alleyway: this can't be the right street? Keep walking, it's there!

Wild is a garden - a large, shady garden dotted with tables between the jungle plants. There are buildings there, too: but the open verandas are something for the rainy season: not today!
Their concept is (1) social : their employees enjoy a multitude of benefits (like health insurance, paid sick leaves, pension, etc.) that Europeans cannot even understand how it can exist without, but have learned that it apparently is possible elsewhere. Companies here that offer such packages are proud of the fact and advertise it – and I, as a customer, see this, and bee-line straight towards their establishments.
Their concept is (2) sustainable : locally sourced produce, lots of vegetarian and vegan options... but also a few meatier options for people like me!

Their concept is (3) chillaxation : yes, I am the generation where Jill is a verb and not an adjective and chilled would be the correct adjective but it's more than that relaxation slowing down and enjoying a cocktail too (or a alc-free mocktail or two if it's too early in the day)
